Street to gallery

Creative professional blending artistic vision, technical skills and a passion for law.

Installation is my main work now: gallery exhibitions, collection management, art installations and fabrication. It is all intertwined — some of the best installers are artists too.

For three decades I explored illustration, graffiti, painting, design, digital art, and large-scale mural work. I have worked in Australia and overseas both solo and collaboratively, with a focus on paintings, design, murals, and events.

Graffiti has taken a back seat. I am working at a smaller scale now, painting oils over acrylic underpaintings, and I take on large murals when the project is right. I like to bring flexibility to the craft, delivering the highest quality for myself and for my clients.

My work

My work consists of three main streams: raw material, digital work and art education.

Raw material

All tactile mediums, charcoal, pencil, ink, paints and other physical markings, usually onto other tactile surfaces: paper, walls, canvas, textiles, masonry, wood, metal, glass.

Digital

For screen, print and projection. Live art performances, events and interactive productions are an evolving aspect of my work.

Workshops

Art education workshops and programs for individuals and groups, with a wide scope of creative outcomes for participants, organisers and stakeholders.
